About Us

한국관광공사는 "Experience Korea"라는 슬로건 아래 코리아 위크를 개최하며, 한국 문화를 다채롭게 체험할 수 있는 기회를 제공합니다. 본 행사는 K-뷰티, K-패션, K-푸드, K-트레블 부스와 원밀리언 댄스 스튜디오의 특별한 케이팝 댄스 공연 및 워크샵을 통해 한국 문화의 풍부함을 선보일수 있게 기획되었습니다. 참가자들은 다양한 방면에서 한국을 경험할 수 있는 기회를 얻게 됩니다.

방문객에게 다양한 한국 문화를 소개 및 홍보

한국 문화를 소개하는 공간에서 방문객 안내, 이벤트 홍보 및 관리

행사 부스 내에서 다양한 홍보 활동 및 이벤트 관리

Responsibilities

부스 액티베이션 (The Shed, The Breezeway) | 10/5 - 10/6 (이틀)

한국 문화와 관련된 다양한 부스를 방문하는 방문객 지원

스탬프 이벤트 지원

행사 전반의 방문객 동선 관리

한복 체험 도움

판매 제품 홍보

방문객을 위한 즉석 사진 및 영상 촬영 지원

홍보물 설치 지원

퍼포먼스/공연 액티베이션 (The Courtyard) | 10/5 - 10/6 (이틀)

방문객 동선 관리

결승전 및 워크샵 참가자 준비 관리

홍보물 설치 지원

*각 부스별로 직무가 다릅니다.

Job Requirements (필수 사항)

한국어에 능통한 분 우대

10월 5일, 10월 6일 모두 참여 가능하신 분 우대 (계약서 작성 필수)

행사 장소와 가까이에 거주하시는 분 우대

사전 오리엔테이션 필 참 (10월 4일 오후 5시)

Compensation

근로 증명서 제공

2일 전부 참여 시 $250, 1일 참여 시 $100 (Venmo, Zelle, or Check)

*이벤트 종료 후 지급

점심 및 음료 제공

About Us 

The Korea Tourism Organization is hosting Korea Week under the slogan "Experience Korea," offering a vibrant opportunity to immerse yourself in various aspects of Korean culture. The event is designed to showcase the richness of Korean culture through K-beauty, K-fashion, and K-food booths, as well as a special K-pop dance performance and workshop by 1MILLION Dance Studio. Participants will have the chance to experience Korea from multiple perspectives.

About the Event

Event Name: Experience Korea: The Next Chapter

Date & Time: 10/05/24 & 10/06/24, 11:00 am – 7:00 pm

Main Events: 24 booths featuring K-Food, K-Beauty, K-Fashion, K-Travel, Live Art Show, performances and workshops by 1MILLION Dance Studio, and more

Location: Ponce City Market in Atlanta

The Shed - K-Food, K-Beauty, Live Art Show

The Breezeway - K-Crafts, K-Medical, K-Fashion, K-Travel

The Courtyard -

1MILLION Dance Studio's Random Play Dance and Workshop

Dance to Korea Season 4 K-pop Dance Finals

Gugak (Traditional Korean music), Samulnori (Korean percussion), and Taekwondo demonstrations

Job Description

Introduce and promote various aspects of Korean culture to visitors

Guide visitors, promote events, and manage spaces dedicated to showcasing Korean culture

Carry out various promotional activities and event management within the event booths

Responsibilities 

Booth Activation (The Shed, The Breezeway) | 10/5 - 10/6 (2 days)

Assist visitors at various booths related to Korean culture

Support the stamp event

Manage visitor flow throughout the event

Assist with the Hanbok exhibition

Promote products for sale

Support with instant photo and video shoots for visitors

Assist with the installation of promotional materials

Stage Activation (The Courtyard) | 10/5 - 10/6 (2 days)

Manage visitor flow

Assist in preparing finalists and workshop participants

Assist with the installation of promotional materials

*Responsibilities vary by booth.

Job Requirements 

Proficiency in Korean preferred

Preference given to those available for both October 5 and October 6 (contract signing required)

Preference given to those living near the event location

Mandatory participation for pre-orientation (10월 4일 오후 5시)

Compensation 

Certificate of employment provided

$250 for participating both days, $100 for participating one day (Venmo, Zelle, or Check)

*Payment will be made after the event

Lunch and beverages provided

Uniform shirt provided
