직무 설명

본 포지션은 설치 프로젝트가 효율적으로 수행되고, 자원이 최적화되며, 당사의 전략적 목표에 부합되도록 관리하는 역할을 담당합니다. 성공적인 지원자는 프로젝트 전반에 걸쳐 프로젝트 관리 원칙을 적용하고, 프로젝트 조직을 관리하며, 계획을 검토·승인하고, 진행 상황을 모니터링하며, 리스크를 사전에 식별하고 대응하는 업무를 수행하게 됩니다.

선호 조건: 리깅(rigging), 밀라이트(millwrighting), 중장비/산업 장비 관련 경험 보유자 우대

 

주요 업무

- IT 인프라 환경에 대한 이해

- 프로젝트 절차 수립 및 지속적인 프로세스 유지

- 프로젝트 문서 관리

- 프로젝트가 비즈니스 목표에 부합되도록 모니터링

- 각 프로젝트의 진척 상황 추적

- 프로젝트 계획 검토 및 승인

- 프로젝트 기획, 개발부터 실행까지의 전반적인 검토

- 프로젝트 자원 평가 및 필요 시 배분

- 주요 프로젝트에서 발생 가능한 리스크, 이슈, 기회에 대한 절차 수립

- 고객, 경영진 또는 관리자에게 보고서 작성

- 다음과 같은 인프라 구축 프로젝트 관련 업무 수행:

- 광케이블(Optical Fiber) 설치

- UTP 케이블 설치

- 무선 AP/WIPS 설치

- 통신 랙 구성

- 데이터 센터 구축(필요 시)

- 케이블 및 트레이 경로 설계

- 네트워크, 서버, 생산용 PLC 통신 구축

- 하도급 업체(저전압 시공, 데이터 센터, 물리 보안) 작업 관리

- 고객사 IT 매니저 및 내부 매니저와의 커뮤니케이션

- 고객사 및 LG에너지솔루션 건설 매니저와의 협업

- 배터리 생산 매니저 및 생산 어플리케이션 매니저와의 협업

- 저전압 시공 관련 이슈 관리

- 일일 시공 일정 관리

- 주간 및 월간 보고서 작성 및 제출

 

자격 요건

- 영어 및 한국어 이중 언어 능통자

- 비즈니스 또는 관련 분야 학사 학위

- 해당 산업 또는 대규모 프로젝트 컨설턴트로 최소 3년 이상의 경력

- 다음 인프라 구축 프로젝트에 대한 이해 및 경험:

- 광케이블, UTP 케이블, 무선 AP/WIPS 설치

- 통신 랙 구성, 데이터 센터 구축(필요 시)

- 케이블 및 트레이 경로 설계

- 네트워크, 서버, 생산 PLC 통신 구성

- 우수한 문서 작성 및 커뮤니케이션 능력

- 뛰어난 협상 및 문제 해결 능력

- 세부 사항에 대한 높은 집중력과 큰 그림을 볼 수 있는 능력

Job Description

This role will ensure that the installation project are executed efficiently, optimizing resource utilization and aligning with our strategic objectives. The successful candidate will enforce project management discipline across the project, project organization, reviewing and approving project plans, monitoring progress, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks. Having experience in rigging, millwrighting, heavy/industrial equipment management is preferred.

- Understand IT Infrastructure Environment

- Set and maintain project processes are followed effectively

- Manage project documentations

- Monitor project and ensure project is within business goals

- Track progress of each project

- Review and approve project plans

- Review projects from creation and development to implementation

- Evaluate project resources and allocate if necessary

- Set a process for potential risks, issues and opportunities for major projects

- Creating reports to clients, executives or management

- Related work on following Implementation project

- Optical Fiber Cabling

- UTP Cabling

- Wireless AP/WIPS setup

- Communication Rack setup

- Data Center construction (if necessary)

- Design the cable and tray path

- Network, Server and Production PLC communication

- Manage the Sub-contractor's work (Low Voltage Construction, Data Center, Physical Security)

- Communicate/work with Manager / Customer IT Manager

- Communicate/work with Customer & LGES Site Construction Manager

- Communicate/work with Battery Production manager

- Communicate/work with Battery Production Application Manager

- Manage issue for Low Voltage Construction

- Manage daily construction schedule

- Create and report weekly and monthly report

 

Qualifications

English/Korean Bilingual

Bachelor’s degree in business or industry-related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in the industry or acting as a consultant on major projects

Understand IT Infrastructure Environment: Related work on Following Implementation project, Optical Fiber Cabling, UTP Cabling, Wireless AP/WIPS setup, Communication Rack setup, Data Center construction (if necessary), Design the cable and tray path, Network, Server and Production PLC communication

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Detail-oriented with the ability to see the big picture

Thorough understanding of business administration, management, and business forecasting strategies and techniques

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Flexible and adaptable to changes
