Talmo GA에 위치한 35만 평방피트 규모의 창고 일일 운영 총괄

바코드 스캔 등 첨단 시스템 도입을 포함한 재고 정확성 및 효율성 제고 전략 수립 및 실행

창고관리시스템(WMS) 및 재고관리시스템(IMS) 도입 및 최적화를 통한 운영 효율성 및 확장성 개선

성수기 일일 최대 20,000개 출고 목표 달성을 위한 물류 운영 관리

Amazon, Walmart 등 eCommerce 마켓플레이스의 주문 처리 최적화를 위한 내부 협업

Neo Chair의 성장 전략 및 IPO 준비 방향과 일치하는 물류 운영의 확장성과 효율성 강화

창고 KPI 분석을 통한 생산성, 정확성, 비용 효율성 개선안 도출

물류센터 안전 및 규정 준수 사항 관리

자격 요건

대량 eCommerce 물류 운영 분야에서 최소 7년 이상의 관리 경험

복수 창고 운영 및 배송, 재고 관리, 수요 예측에 대한 전문성

WMS 및 IMS 시스템에 대한 풍부한 이해 (선정, 도입, 최적화 포함)

Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace 등 eCommerce 플랫폼에 대한 이해

대규모 배송 운영 관리 및 적시 배송/비용 효율성 확보 능력

문제 해결력, 리더십 및 빠르게 변화하는 환경에 대한 유연한 적응력

효율적이고 확장 가능한 물류 운영을 성공적으로 이끈 경험

물류, 공급망, 운영관리 관련 전공 학사 학위 소지자 우대 (필수는 아님)

About Neo Chair

Neo Chair is a $100M eCommerce furniture company revolutionizing the way people furnish their homes. With operations spanning multiple warehouses across the U.S. and daily shipping volumes of up to 20,000 units during peak seasons, Neo Chair is on a mission to scale efficiently while maintaining industry-leading shipping standards. We are now looking for a Warehouse Management Expert to join our dynamic team and lead our logistics operations into the future.

 

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations in 350,000sqf warehouse in Talmo GA.

Develop and implement strategies to ensure accurate and efficient inventory management, including introducing advanced systems like barcode scanning.

Lead the implementation and optimization of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Inventory Management Systems (IMS) to improve operational efficiency and scalability.

Manage shipping workflows to meet or exceed daily shipping quotas (up to 20,000 units during peak times).

Collaborate with eCommerce teams to optimize fulfillment processes for marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, and others.

Improve scalability and efficiency of operations to align with Neo Chair’s growth strategy and IPO readiness.

Monitor and analyze warehouse KPIs, identifying areas for improvement in productivity, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.

Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements for warehouse operations.

Build, train, and lead a high-performing warehouse and logistics team.

 

Qualifications

Proven experience (7+ years) in warehouse management for high-volume eCommerce operations.

Expertise in managing multi-warehouse logistics, including shipping, inventory control, and demand forecasting.

Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Inventory Management Systems (IMS), including system selection, implementation, and optimization.

Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace).

Ability to manage large-scale shipping operations, ensuring on-time delivery and cost efficiency.

Exceptional problem-solving and leadership skills, with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

A track record of achieving scalable and efficient warehouse operations.

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, operations management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
