Procon E&C는 GA와 TX 지역에서 Mechanical 및 Electrical 공사를 전문으로 하는 Contractor입니다. 저희는 Samsung Semiconductor 공장의 System Ceiling, SK현장의 Duct 및 Louver 작업 등을 성공적으로 수행했으며, 다양한 업체와 함께 3D 모델링(BIM) 프로젝트도 진행 중입니다.
모집 부문:
Sr. Project Manager (프로젝트 총괄 관리자): 연봉 $100,000+
현장 매니저 (Field Manager): 연봉 $70,000+
자격 요건:
Sr. Project Manager:
5년 이상의 프로젝트 관리 경험 필수
대형 산업 프로젝트 경험 필수
프로젝트 예산 관리 및 일정 조정 경험 필수
Mechanical 및 Electrical 시스템 관련 기술 이해도 필수
팀 리더십 및 문제 해결 능력 필수
건설 현장 안전 규정 준수 및 관리 능력 필수
현장 매니저 (Field Manager):
3년 이상의 현장 관리 경험 필수
HVAC, Duct 설치 관련 경험 필수
현장 인력 및 자재 관리 능력 필수
현장 안전 관리 능력 필수
Mechanical 및 Electrical 시스템에 대한 기본 이해 필수
공통 자격 요건:
프로젝트 요구에 따라 출장이 가능해야 함
관련 자격증 우대 (HVAC, PMP 등)
MS Office 사용 필수, ERP 경험자 우대
영어 및 한국어 능력 필수

Procon E&C - Hiring Sr. Project Manager & Field Manager (Duct Installation)
Procon E&C is a specialty contractor active in GA and TX, focusing on mechanical and electrical projects. We have successfully worked on system ceiling installation at Samsung Semiconductor and duct/louver work at SK sites. We are also collaborating on 3D modeling (BIM) projects with various companies.
Positions:
Sr. Project Manager: $100,000+ annual salary
Field Manager: $70,000+ annual salary
Qualifications:
Sr. Project Manager:
5+ years of project management experience required
Must have experience with large-scale industrial projects
Proven experience managing project budgets and schedules
Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
Leadership and problem-solving skills are essential
Must be proficient in enforcing and managing construction site safety regulations
Field Manager:
3+ years of site management experience required
Experience with HVAC and duct installation required
Strong ability to manage on-site labor and materials
Must be capable of managing safety at the site
Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems required
Common Requirements:
Must be willing to travel as required by projects
Certifications preferred (e.g., HVAC, PMP)
Proficiency in MS Office is required; ERP experience preferred
Bilingual in English and Korean is mandatory
