PLC Engineer-$70000 ~ 90000

MAJOR FUNCTION & QUALIFICATIONS

 

1.      Need to understand Melsec-Q Series, LS-Electric PLC programs.

2.      Need to be capable for troubleshooting and correcting the program logics after finding errors by root-cause analysis.

3.      Capable of coding of Melsec-Q Series, LS-Electric program logics.

4.      Correction knowledge and experience for LS-Electric Servo Drive Parameter.

5.      Whenever the servo issue happened, replace the servo and set up the program from the back-up.

6.      Replacement skill for touch PC with backed up program.

7.      In plant wide, all PLC programs need to be restored when needed basis.

(Melsec-Q Series, LS-Electric PLC, LS Servo Drive)

8.      Understanding pneumatic and hydraulic mechanism and forkflow.

9.      Initial robot and other plc teaching capability after the initial installation for productivity and quality enhancement.

10.  Inverter (Mitsubishi, LS-Electric) Parameter update capability.

11.  Fanuc Robot, ABB Robot teaching knowledge and experience

12.  Understanding of interface between ABB Robot program and PLC program.

 

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 

1.      Assumes other duties as assigned by Sr. Production Manager. 

 

PREREQUISITES FOR THE JOB: 

Knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment

At least 7 years working experience in manufacturing plant as a electrical engineering related field.

High school diploma or similar educational background.

strong work ethic for teamwork.

Ability to write reports legibly and accurately.

Keeping good attendance for working hours.

Ability to lift at least 50 LBS in the plant.
